The dichotomy of the duality is infinite, but nonetheless, it's simple in its nature. And I think to live a life of awareness where we can contemplate and discuss these deeper aspects and hold ourselves to a standard of recognition with those understandings, I think, is pretty special. And to me, that's what living a spiritual life is all about. It's not about how many yoga classes you attend or how long you sit and meditate

It. Hey there. I appreciate your response. I actually ended up sharing your response with some of my friends. I think you put it together really, really well. No, definitely. I try to explore these type of topics within my circle and my community. I think it's really working to explore these things. And I also believe in finding alternative ways of looking at the world and alternative constructs away from dogmatic religious beliefs. I think that's really important
