Allow the warrior that is operating in your daily life to now be used for the internal work. Remember that you have the power within you to overcome your darkest days, because you already did. You already moved past moments in your life that you thought you'll never make it out. And doing this work is not something that needs to be done alone. The journey of going into our depths can be intimidating. And working with a guide who understands these realms is important

And it's very important that we learn to pause, give a break in life, take a break in life. And we must learn to acknowledge and reflect back upon life because that's very important that we don't run away from the problems in life and we acknowledge it because acknowledgment is something which is going to make us mentally, psychologically and emotionally aware of our problems. She spoke about shadows and embracing your shadows. And, yeah, you need that glow up. You need a peaceful existence. Then you need to accept your flaws, your vices, and your shadows

So I sincerely believe and I sincerely hope people who go through tough times and tough times in many ways it could be the smallest of tough times or biggest or whatever. There's no measurement of it because for every people, tough times are different. But this is just acknowledge it and give yourself a break
