Hey people, what's up? How you all been doing? So welcome back to my news on the components of mental health. So what do you think are the components of mental wellness? So the first one is self acceptance. You should always accept yourself no matter what or how it is. You don't have to bother of what people say. You really don't have to give a d*** about it. Try accepting yourself first and then see the change

And that is what matters the most. If we think we are not good enough, we think we are like lacking behind that is the greatest or the worst thing you can do to yourself. No matter who you are, no matter what flows you go through. I think it's very important for us to accept the reality and accept the fact that what clothes we have and what are our greatest things
