Camping with the stars out

I heard some yipping a bit ago. Maybe been a fox, may have been a coyote. It's my first night out in my rooftop tent. I'm really excited about it. I like the idea of being off the ground. I usually camp in my truck, but I bring a lot of stuff with me when I camp. I bring a fire pit, I bring firewood. I bring bedding and extra clothes, stuff to cook with, food, little table, chairs

Tonight im camping in a remote location in an open field. Clear skies, stars are out, and the temperature is dropping. #camping #nature #outdoors .

This is really nice to listen to. It reminded me of something I was talking about with a good friend of mine about how winter is kind of like the perfect moment for, like, hibernation a little bit. Or like, where it's more acceptable to kind of be with yourself and and feed that part of us that really needs the alone time and needs the time to think, build and grow our inner world

But I don't know, sometimes times when I'm in those settings and I'm forced to interact with a bunch of people that I don't know and have the same conversation over and over again, I sort of find myself questioning like, well, how did I really get here? Even though they were important events that I needed to be at. I don't know that those are the sorts of social interactions that I really enjoy
