I guess it gets the show going. So I never considered myself a leader. I'm not a leader. Have I be put in a position I could lead, but I very much would second somebody's idea. Very much would say, that's a great idea, we should do that. And so when I heard that, I thought, hey, in a sort, I'm a leader, so think about that for a minute
Hey, Jessica. Interesting perspective. I have not given thought to that supporting role and the value that that supporting character role can provide in the overall leadership capabilities. I think that in a setting where it's work or people have to vote on it, I could definitely see where the supporting role is leadership in the same as the idea maker, as you mentioned.
