After you've written it down, keep it, come back to it after a week and read it. If you find it that you can completely relate to it again, then probably you're on point. If not, you might want to change out certain things, but don't overdo it. Similar for the story people, people who are writing fiction, I would suggest write down whatever you have thought of on the first cut, feeling completely
