Nightmare four the Old Question did I wake from the dream? Or am I in the dreams? Wake, stillness or no, can cascading through moments which cut but cannot be touched. I am in a room that I know but cannot name. I have appointments, tasks, things planned, but the room holds no door, no window. The light streams in through the thinned paint on the ceiling, but it's so high and feeble that ribbons of luminescence evaporate and never find the blackened floor
