Strong! Why and how long?
And why are we feeling the need to take care of everything? I think it's something that's just bread in you and who you are. I think everyone is strong. I think just in different ways. There are some people that can handle, let's just say accidents or blood or gore or helping others who are injured. There are some people who can't step into play when it comes to making money or making decisions. So I think everybody has their strength

Hey, what a beautiful reminder. Thank you so much. The s on the chest, maybe button up a shirt over it and just invite some comfort, some consideration from others. I'm always in awe. My sister has five sons, but they're all grown now. But when they were younger, I just saw her juggling job and sons and being a good wife and being a citizen of her city. And we're also capable. You're right. It's so fun to be capable

Hey there. The thing that comes to mind as I was listening to you is it's the diff? It's kind of a hack that I use is am I internal or external? In other words, am I focusing externally and observing what's going on around me with people around me? Or am I so caught up on the internal narrative and story, judgment, projection, blame, shame, guilt, that whole mess. Am I so internalized?

It brings up just this nurturing essence that we have in the essence, to want to help everyone. And maybe not every single woman relates to this. By no money do we want to make sure everyone is taken care of, and we are strong in order to make sure everyone's taken care of, but sometimes that means not taking care of ourselves. It's like we can be strong for everyone around us and then forget to be strong for ourselves. Or maybe that's myself
