We've also had conversations about gender norms and never impose those on my daughter, although sometimes she'll come to gender conclusions like boys don't wear dresses, and my son might say no. Some do. I think we might have mentioned matter of fact about gender fluidity and identifying as male or female or non binary at some point in context.
