I used to feel like a failure whenever I did not get things right. I was the person that didn't want to do a hobby if it was too hard. And this has been a really eye opening for me. My coping techniques I use for just regular anxiety. But as far as reminding myself that it's okay to make mistakes or not even make mistakes, to just not be perfect, that's a little bit more difficult for me

And at the end of the chapter, you kind of have the things that you gained from it, whether it was hard or easier, whatever it was, and you take that into the next chapter. And so I kind of always have that mindset. Also a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. So if you're struggling, you just kind of push through and if it's not where you're meant to be, you're going to end up exactly where you're supposed to be

Like, okay, you can be upset for a second. Your feelings are valid, but you can't go into this dark, negative place because something goes wrong. And then also, someone said, now that we're adults, the emotions are still there. They're there. When you're a kid, you're upset and you have a tantrum, and you just learn how to deal with them better as an adult. But honestly, sometimes that's the reaction I want to have
