Greetings, swell mates. I found another interesting prompt on the swell community and it's titled I'm going to try to stop doing this to take better care of myself. And what I've stopped doing to take better care of myself since October of 2023 has been I've stopped depending on others to work out with me. I've stopped depending on others to do certain activities with me and I just go and do them myself. That has made me very independent
