I can't imagine my life without it now because it's really saved me so much time and has made me super efficient. I've also taken a prompt engineering class on Udemy, so that's helped me develop my prompts better, understanding that I can assign a role to chat GPT and like I said, just totally life altering because of how much time it has saved me. Improved my communication, it is really an effective tool
