Okay, last one for today, swell mates, is I'm proud of myself for doing this. I am proud of myself today for posting on swell and just really committing to now speaking, I haven't been consistent with it. I do plan to be more consistent and just sign on every day. Say something, anything, just so that I can practice using my voice and really expressing my throat chakra, like I said in one of my other prompts. So yeah, thank you for
