Heart coherence
And this video is short and cute and delightful, and that song is probably going to be stuck in my head now all day. When you're well as a leader, those around you are well without doing anything just by being near you. Go. I use meditation to gain heart and mind coherence twice a day, every day. Where do you need to take this up a notch to give your team that boost that they need, even if they're not meditators?

We were probably all together and it was really magical night. But I just love this idea and having this mindset going in when working in groups, teaching public speaking. It's really beautiful. Thank you. Thank you for sharing
The literal metaphor better saying a literal metaphor of the Light shining has always felt a little bit more like bringing attention to the love we share. And the thought of singing in a group that regularly sings together and knowing that they're able to synchronize their hearts together, it just feels like big community love. And what comes to mind is, what can we not do when we're in a group where that is happening? It's beautiful to me
