FINDING YOURSELVES

The Source has shown that it's not just a thing that has happened to us that define who we become, but how much we have made sense of what happened to us. The gratitude and atmosphere that we grow up in have a heavy hand on how we grow up as an adult. Now, painful early experiences often determine how we define and defend ourselves. In short, they bend us out of shape, influencing our behavior in ways in which we are hardly aware

@Aishani

Had to face problems on my own and had to solve those problems on my own and it really helped me find myself and what I truly and what I'm capable of. So I'm still in the process but I really love the topic and look forward to hearing more from you

I should focus these things on more. And I do talk to myself in a way. Like I'm affirmating a lot of things in my life so it helps me a lot. I would really suggest everyone to talk to yourself. Anything, if anything went wrong or if anything goes right in your life, you should talk to yourself because you're the only one who's going to appreciate yourself for doing anything of a minor in your life. I really love myself. I think everyone does it's
