It was too hard to eat anything and I would have. I would have like maybe a piece of toast and some fruit or handful of nuts and that would hold me over for the whole day because it was the only thing I could really keep in my stomach. And that went on for a couple of months, honestly. And I lost maybe ten or £15 just from that of not being able to eat anything. And I slowly was able to kind of come out of that a little bit
