If you do something good for yourself, for others, you'll be contented. Ultimately, that is the source of happiness. Sharing, caring, showing love, making others happy is the happiness that you find in yourself. You don't have to search for happiness exactly. It synchronizes the way the balloons are spread in the room and people search for their names
