Its more of a quest than a journey.

And as I walked by and looked over at them at that moment, they looked so happy to me, so free, like nothing mattered. They were just content in that moment and I wanted to be one of them. I seriously thought about wanting to be admitted into a mental health service and not have to care or worry about anybody or anything else in the outside. I came home thinking, what is happening?

For anyone who’s experienced or is experiencing the burnout you can relate. #GiveATalk #Burnout #SelfCare #StressManagement

I love the thought that you ended your talk with about how you're running your life. Your life is no longer running you. I think many people deal with this. We might have different reasons for doing so, but people pleasing and doing for others to the death of us, it gets to be so much. I have a medical issue and I think through years, multiple times I've ended up in the hospital and I'm like it was almost like a spa little getaway for myself

I feel the way you just surrounded yourself with people who are facing the same troubles as you gives you a lot of support and makes you feel that you are not the only one who's suffering or undergoing the same problem and there are others as well. I would like to give you an advice. What I do is that I have a gratitude journal

As you said, self love, self care, very important in our life as daily shower or daily brushing teeth. I completely agree. Yeah. Thank you so much. I hope come again with another swell. Thank you

Like, as if that's the only time that it's acceptable to receive love and care, right? And when the truth is that the time to receive love and care is any time. Like, we have just as much what's the word? We have just as much, right? Just as much deservingness to have self love and have people care for us and help us anytime. We don't have to wait until we're in an acute state of illness to be cared for

But some of the other great benefits is that when we're focused on the positive, it purposefully places us on this path of appreciation and a mindfulness where we're paying attention to all the good things and thereby training the mind to see beauty, to see the good things in life. So that ultimately what happens is we're experiencing these happy feelings, right? It's inevitable when you're looking at the beauty and the positives
