What you might be doing wrong when practicing self care
I think about how there definitely are days where I am restless trying to do those activities, and the reason behind that might be because I'm drained activities that are on my self care list that I can passively engage in are things like taking a walk, meditation and yoga, which are all activities that help to give my mind a break. But I'm curious, what are your thoughts on this? Do you have self care activities that require active engagement?
And sometimes I'll pause like a TV show or a movie. And then, for example, one episode of a 45 minutes TV show sometimes takes me 2 hours to fully watch. And honestly, I find that I'm more exhausted when I do this, and I'm like, conscious. It's something that I'm doing, but I have a difficulty stopping myself
