You. Hey, guys. So a health hack that's worked for me is ltheanine. I take it at night and sometimes during the day with coffee. What it does is if I take it with coffee, normally I'll get the jitters. But if I take it with ltheanine, that's 200 milligrams, it's going to, I'm going to be awake but I'm not going to have those jitters. I'm going to be focused
