Ep 8 - She Speaks in Silence #poetry
She speaks in silence. She's got pretty eyes and a cute subtle smile. Oh, her dark, wavy hair, it flows like the Nile. Dear man, don't be smitten by her sweet, pretty face. She'll have tied you so hard, like a complex shoelace, and she'll leave you confused not one moment too soon. Like a full brazen moon that disappears at high noon. So tell me, dear lady, what means the silence you speak?

Okay. This was such a beautiful poem. And you know, before this also, I have heard you recite your poems. And every time you do, I'm just really taken aback by your word choice. By your you know, with the ease with which you express things in your poems. You express the emotions in your poems. So, yeah, absolutely love listening to this

Hi Geo. It is such an amazing and captivating piece of poetry. She speaks in silence. For me, it explores the power of silence and the unspoken truths that lie beneath the surface and it portrays the idea of silence in such a beautiful way that silence can have a language of its own and it is capable of conveying emotions and messages that often words fail to capture

Hello, Prague. Thank you so much for chiming in on this poem. I'm glad that you liked it, but more so that you found the essence of the silence that I was talking about. And believe me, I'm a firm believer in the beauty of silence. I think I heard Akart tola once say in one of his teachings that silence is the origin, it is the womb that gives birth to sound. Because in the absence of silence, sound cannot exist
