Today I'm cooking my son's favorite dish. It's paneer butter masala. It's a very popular Indian dish. I'm going to try recording each swell as a single source step of the recipe and finally update this master with a photograph of the final product. So here we go

So the first step is to Fry a couple of onions cut small. You can hear it. In my walk. I take a tablespoon or so of olive oil. I've added the chopped onions and and I'm frying it here until they turn nice and Brown

I'm now adding a couple of tomatoes. The onions are well fried. So now it's two tomatoes chopped being added to the same wok. You can hear it. Now I will Fry this until the the tomato blends well with the onion and becomes soft and then turn it off

What you hear now is silence. This is the onions and tomatoes now cooling down so that I can blend it. I'll let it cool down a bit, and then I'll add it to the blender and blend it into a nice paste. So I don't need you to hear the sound of the blender. But here is the sound of silence. And about five minutes from now, I will blend it into a nice sauce

It adds a lot of flavor to the sauce. Both these are right now simmering in the butter. You can hear it here. I allow it to get fried for half a minute or so

Now that I have the fried spices, I'm adding my blended paste to the wok. I mix a little bit of water right now to get all the paste and out of my jar. You can hear it simmering nicely. It's

This is just to get some fiber in this, because otherwise I think it's just protein in here. So I like to get some fiber. So I add not too much, but just maybe a third of a small packet of green peas. And that's it. I add the salt and I cover and I Cook this for about 20 minutes. So I will post a photograph of this 20 minutes minutes from now, after it's well cooked

And I just wanted to say that sometimes my husband substitutes paneer with fried chicken cubes, he just fries, you know, cubed chicken separately. And right there you have the very famous is Indian butter Chicken. So the very same recipe just substitute panel with chicken. And you will have butter chicken in your hands

I updated the Swell with the photograph. My kids enjoy this with plain white rice, but you can have it with any type of bread as well. I hope you enjoy making this dish as much as I do and eating it as much as mine. My son does. Happy cooking
So I really, really enjoyed this. I think that I'm going to have to try one of these days, both the recipe and just doing a swell recipe here for everybody to follow. I have I do not eat dairy products, but I'm sure I could figure out a way to make this pretty tasty. At any rate, looking forward to the next one
