What do Ceos look for?

I call him a silent achiever because he hasn't had to tell everybody how great he is. His results and his actions speak for themselves, and that's why people want to work for him. So I did a lot of assignments over the years for Adrian within major banks and the major institutions that he was working for. And we got the biggest response of people who wanted to work for Adrian because of his reputation of being a fair leader. So there's so many great tips in the podcast
