Before your work day begins you will immediately start feeling better. The brain will send neural peptides to your body which will create serotonin making you feel better. Maybe as a parent you commit to giving an extra ten minutes to your child. After work or on your days off just talk with them, read to them, watch a TV program together. Reach out to a family member or friend that you haven't spoken to in some time and ask them how they're doing
