You. After reading this article just now, I wanted to start a hashtag called good on swell to post things that really make me feel good or things that are good in the world. And this article is about a black couple who rented their home to a chinese american family, and they eventually bought it. And doing so, this family was able to give this chinese family a foothold in generational wealth. This was back in 939
