So again, I know what I'm encountering if I decide to go into it. Not saying that I'm trying to go into it with all caution or anything, but it's like this way it'll help me to keep my sanity and keep myself going and keep myself on my focus as well. So that's why I definitely try to exercise those things. So sit down, be quiet, listen and take notes

So I did just what the title stated be quiet. And I listened and I enjoyed it. I just wanted to comment and say that I love that picture. Every time I see that picture, it gives me a sense of relief. And with your friend that is an experienced police officer. I'm definitely sorry that he had to go through that, because sometimes when you go through situations like that, it's definitely a lot eye open experiences. And sometimes eye open experience is not always the best because it definitely gives you that Dosary out with it that you didn't even know was there. But again, my prayers are with them.
