The first time I ate this, I hated it. Now, I swear by it... grapefruit and seaweed

When I first tried seaweed, I didn't really too much care for it. Now I love it, too. I love seaweed salad. I love the dry seaweed that you have as a snack that you can get in the store. Yeah. I actually love all kinds of asian foods, and sushi is one of my favorites. So, yeah, those are two things that I would actually go in the grocery store and pick up

That's it. And it is so delicious. It's a big crowd pleaser. Before you serve it, before you do anything, drain out a lot of the grapefruit juice that comes into the bowl once you peel it because that gets too juicy. But drain it out and then put in those pumpkin seeds and cilantro and jicama, and then add a bunch of lime and salt and pepper. It's just this wild combination of taste that's just, I think you're going to like it
