What's the first book you bought for yourself?
This is how it's described on Wikipedia while simultaneously narrating the events of the film, in which a family discovers a seemingly endless labyrinth in their house. This framing device results in multiple narrative voices, including the book's supposed author, compiler and editors, as well as the documentary's cast whose relationships to each other give rise to inconsistencies and mysteries. I remember seeing it at a borders and just flipping through it and being like, I have to read this book. This is so strange

You. Hi there. I don't remember my first book that I bought for myself, but I'm really intrigued by this book you're talking about and I was wondering if you could say the title again. It just looks so interesting, and I could see my teenagers thinking that this would be a cool book to read. So I'm looking forward to finding this, and hopefully I can get it over here in Spain

And then I remember watching later on in life the Disney I think it was Disney, or maybe it might have been another channel, but I remember they had the whole set. And I remember I really wasn't interested in watching it again because I was older, but when I was younger, I really loved read books and I loved Anna Green Gables. So that was one of the first sets that I bought
