When is enough money enough?
Or they're unfortunate as I have been where I've been married and divorced, where half of my pension went to my former spouse. When do we stop? When is enough? I'm currently going through this and that's why the meme on the homepage there, I'm trying to work my way back into minimalism where yes, I do need to save more money. Yes, I need to increase money to retirement accounts
And the reason is because you hang around those people long enough and you kind of want what they have, or you hang around people that are poor or lower economic status than you, and those people tend to drag. You down because their belief system it's okay to just sit out on a front porch and smoke cigarettes till you're dead kind of a thing, which my grandpa was in that camp. Definitely a lot of people that take that route, which is really expensive, by the way

Taxes just went up. So God bless those of you who live in a less expensive state, because where I am, it is not. But yeah, what is enough? I mean, if I'm at that six figure market, still like, okay, let me see, which grocery store is hiring or department store? Because even with that, I figured I'll make it work for me
There's plenty of areas of the country where rent is that low. There's plenty of areas of the country I want to say somebody was talking about it on a podcast earlier today where they were talking about the fact that Texas has pretty good wages, but they also have very low rent in some areas. I believe they were talking about Houston or Dallas, one of those two. But there's definitely cheaper areas of the country, for sure. Memphis is really cheap

I have a couple of million dollar business ideas in my head that need to come to fruition, because I think, like, we're getting from this particular swell cash. Just slaving it at nine to five each day isn't going to get us very far. You work today, you pay for it today. That's what it seems to do. You go to work takes care of today, these bills. But to really get ahead and plan is hard
And the guy that I was talking to or listened to talk about it, he said that it's a great market, but the rents are going to be six to 750 a month for a two bedroom, which where I'm at, if you find a two bedroom for 1500, you're lucky. You're very lucky. And if you want to get a 32 house, to rent. I mean, you're probably scraping $4,000. It's going to be insane
I'm completely aware of that. But in my area, because of our political viewpoints and because of our freedom and because of our low taxes, people want to move here in droves. And there's like ten cities in ten areas in the United States where people want to move. They're probably going to be shielded from any kind of a crash. California, someday, San Francisco specifically, it's going to crash
