Happiness for dummies😊. How to become happy?

article image placeholderUploaded by @AskGeorge
Well, our lovely brain likes to believe, is very smart and always likes to be in charge of us by releasing some hormones. Like dopamine, also called the happy hormone. Dopamine basically is primarily released in the body when you experience something pleasurable. The next one would be serotonin, also called the feel good hormone. Basically, serotonin always fights anxiety and depression. One of the best way to boost your serotonin level is to get a good night

Did you ever experienced anger, sadness, frustration, anxiety or even depression? Do you remember the last time you were HAPPY? #happiness #happy

How can I not be happy? Listening to you talk about happiness with your happy voice and your happy ideas? I think being happy ultimately leads to happiness. And it's not something that's so ethereal out there. It's just moments. And you like, you have the happy, the sad, the sorrow, the latest confused, the frustrated, all the emotions, all in one day. And to notice the happy moments and kind of feel like they're building up that mountain of happy

So in my opinion, obviously, it's just an opinion that's the differentiation between our human brain and the animal brain, they are more back to basics. We are the same. So the idea is to elaborate a bit people to understand the happy mode in a very confusing day. For instance, like you are saying in the reply, we need to go back to the primordial side of the brain just to learn to differentiate between the hormonal changes that we have

My question for you is what styles of meditation do you find the most successful, and what styles have you tried over your course of experimentation? And which ones do you prefer? Would you mind sharing a little bit of light on that and maybe some of the experiences you've had through those meditation journeys? Thanks so much. Hope you have a beautiful day, and I look forward to hearing your response. Bye

Also it's an app, you just download it. It's called Savguru. You go to Kriya Yoga and it's going to guide you through the steps. So this is the one that I would highly recommend for you. Another thing, you can also do visualization meditation meaning you just relax, you focus on your breathing and imagine a white light going from the top of your head through all the body, through your toes and also back again to your head

You. Hey, Askgeorge. I gave that Kria meditation a go this morning and it was really, really lovely. I found that I was able to be present with it for most of the time other than my alarm clock going off that I forgot about. But even then I was able to hop back in and reground pretty quickly. To be honest, I've been meditating daily on and off for several, several years now, but I just really enjoy guided meditation a lot more
