Pho vs. Ramen

You eat your fu, you leave or whatever you order, and all the things look good. But I'm just curious what everybody else thinks. To be specific, I had the, I want to say it was sirloin steak fu and I did not like the way the meat looked because it was pink. It's sitting in the broth. I don't know how long it's been sitting in the broth, but it was actually really good. My cousin had shrimp fu and hers was really good

Which one do you prefer?

Oh, Ashley, I can so relate to this. I have had ph like, four times in the last couple of weeks. I just have been going on a kick with it lately because of the weather, I think. And don't get me wrong, I love ramen, but there's something about fu that just takes it to the next level. I think it's because they use more aromatics than you traditionally get in a ramen
