However, we no longer want to do that, so we choose to focus on the rest, rest through forgiving and primarily rest through forgiving ourselves so that we can inevitably forgive others. The biggest thing we are in process of forgiving ourself is not listening, not speaking self verbal abuse, not being accepted by others, not being loved, not fitting in, and last but not least, not being perfect. We're human and we have tried our very best with what we have access to

Not overdoing things, but at the same time respecting time, of course. But, yeah, the spiritual cat nap thing, it really sounds like something simple and easy, but I'll be the first to admit it's been a complicated, difficult thing for me to achieve.
