I saw Gordon Ramsay on one of his shows teach some kitchen I don't remember where, how to make a good english shepherd's pie. And, you know, where they used lamb instead of ground beef and stuff like that. Well, my son didn't use any fancy meat. He used ground beef, but it still tasted really good

I kind of really love this because it's a really beautiful generational story and how things change. And new recipes get old or old recipes get new treatments or just cooked by a different person. And maybe your tastes changed or maybe your son just, I don't know, has sort of magic touch with it. Maybe the times have changed and there's some new, I don't know, some new trick to make. Shepherd's pie tastes, like, incredible
