Let that change come from inside out

Right from the time you wake up, you get out of your bed, start practicing something really good, get into the habit of doing something really creative, something different every day, whether it's about, you know, maybe you have not exercised for quite a long time. So get into the habit of doing meditation, get into the habit of managing your aggression and watch your own behaviour. Get into the habit of doing physical exercise at least for ten minutes every day

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful piece with Aswathi. I really like the example of the egg, you know, and the change happens from inside out. Only does life blossom in case of an egg. And that's such a beautiful analogy and really helps one understand your swell. And thank you so much for all the insights and perspectives. Thank you. Bye

And considering the fact that we don't even use a majority of our brain power, imagine how much more we can learn. There's tons of room in there to expand our knowledge. And so learning is what we were put here to do to become better versions, to share that with our children, our family members, our friends, with the world

Hi Bo, thank you so much. Thanks Tan dear. And it really came to me like a big surprise getting a response from you. And I'm so glad to see that you liked my post and you shared your own valuable insights with me. I'm so very happy today. You actually made my day. And yes, you were right that little by little we can bring about a change in herself and that can lead to a big transformation in her life

The fact is, we don't really know what's within us because I believe that our brain, and this is just my opinion, but from my research and studying and degrees, this is what I think of the mind. The mind is like a data bank. It's a computer inside, and it's taking a screenshot of every single thing that happens in our lives and something triggers it and brings it up, right? And we think, oh, no, we're crazy

So I make sure that I keep on listening to beautiful people like you and there are so many others as well. I keep myself in touch with people who have something really valuable to offer to the world out there. And I can also learn a great deal from such people. So it's not about the price tag, you know, that you carry with yourself. It's not about the power, it's not about the money

And this is what teaches us to learn and grow about the perspective of mind health and the perspective of how the mind and the body work together and how we can spread awareness of the fact that you aren't crazy. Everybody thinks the same thoughts you're thinking right now somewhere on their life journey. We all are the same. We are just different in our details, but we're all exactly made the same. We're just different in our details
