How is Your Self Care Post Pandemic?

Why do you think the behaviors out there are so harsh right now? Why do you think there's such a clash with people and ethnicities and topics of discussion? And there's all of this raised level of negativity, anxiety, stress, because we went through a trauma. So my biggest thing is your self care, and I was reminded of this from someone on the platform

It was a time where everything was shut down and for me a time of reflection, a time to get in tune with my inner self and realize what my purpose and my goal was. So I have since the pandemic itself have expressed that and opened up and new opportunities and new experiences. And I'm glad to see that you offer suggestions for people to get to that point of enjoying life again because that is so important. So that post is amazing and I thank you for that

And I try to be of service to everyone because I have this knowledge, I have this education, I have this experience that I want everybody to be aware of. You're not alone. We're all exactly the same. We're just different in our details. And there are lots of things you can do to keep your natural anxiety. Yes, natural. Everyone has it

Thank you for your comment. And thank you for your comment. And after relistening to your post, I just wanted to add one more thing. I am a urgent care physician and worked pre COVID during the heat of COVID and post COVID and have the firsthand experience when only the only medical availability during COVID was urgent care in the emergency. So I definitely see the firsthand effects of COVID that has been displayed daily. Definitely be a shift in patient's energy

So I took time because I did not want to be trying to do my studies that I took very seriously. Graduated summa cum laude. So I took them very, very seriously and really soaked up every single bit of knowledge so I could share it with the world. I don't want to be a licensed psychiatrist or psychologist. I actually want to change everybody's view of mind health in the world so that nobody is fearful of mental health. I coined it to mind health

Thank you again. And I just wanted to also add, I am an empath as well, so I can relate to that. And I do love synchronicities. I also wanted to note that, you know, with COVID being what it was, you know, history has shown that we have survived, you know, some tumultuous times and have conquered them and succeeded. I did hear in your comments, your interest in the mind body component

@ValBGood

I'm not sure it's a matter of what I believe in with the mind body connection and knowing the basic things about mind health so that people understand that they aren't alone. And, you know, I'm trying to really pare down how suicide has become in really rampant and that that is never a way out
