That's why if you do have health insurance, and I tell people, and I cannot stress this enough, if you do have health insurance through your employer and you feel like you need to see a mental health provider, definitely looking to see if they have that Eap program, that'll save you a ton of money when it comes to those mental health providers and when it comes to the, like, the medication and stuff like that.
