All of that has to be on point. And if it's not, let the cringing begin. Occasionally I'll go back to a written post and notice that a word is missing or a verb tenses off. The editor in me is cringing. How did I let that get into the world? Yet the coach in me says, it's out in the world. Go in and fix it. You'll survive. The balance I am inhabiting right now is tricky

It feels so good to have something kind of done and formed that it's encouraging and reassuring that you can do this and you don't have to get ahead of yourself with the editing. And, of course, yeah, maybe it invites a little bit more, maybe embarrassment of, like, oh, this isn't. Yeah, it's not perfect
