I started a food business actually last year which was a franchise based business but it did not go out as per my planning. The plans that I had for this obviously earn a lot of profit, money and stuff but that did not happen and my outlet is not operational in the last four months because of some staff issues and stuff like that. However, this particular project is very close to my heart

Plus you have a staff dependency. Man, that is nuts. Staff dependency is a killer. It can spoil everything. If you have that kind of a staff dependency where in operation of four months. I think you should have been out four months ago. You should not be even posting this question. You should be focusing on somebody, something else. So yeah, it's four months and you're still deciding and still there is a staff dependency. It's a total get out of there man
