What is your WOOP?
So even if you wanted to complete that goal, what might be some obstacles that you'll face? And lastly, the P is plan. How will you overcome that obstacle if there is one for your goal? So my question for you is, what is your Woop? First I'll share mine. My W was to read 15 pages every day. Like I mentioned, the first o was I would improve my vocabulary
I don't even know what it stands for, but it's kind of like the same thing. And my goal was since I was doing this kind of in the middle of quarantine, it was to stay active and socialize more. So then I did the wish, the outcome, obstacle and plan. And I just remember my obstacle, my obstacle being that I would like, get distracted or I'd be so overwhelmed with school work. So I love this. And my plan is to continue to remind myself that I cannot predict what's going to happen in the future, and I can only look at what's happening right now and what I can do in the moment right now, but I can't really confirm hold the future. So I hope that makes any sense. Yeah
