Hi, Sarika. I absolutely agree with you that, you know, at the end of the day, it's really important to focus on the good things and not just, you know, in terms of the outside world, but also in terms of our own selves, what our strengths are, what we have achieved in life, the hurdles we have overcome. Right. And that definitely shifts our mindset towards a more positive outlook for ourselves, which I believe is a beautiful thing to have achieved
