If you want to participate in that big change in the world that we see outside, and you're willing to look inside to see where these things might be living in you and how you can do something to change them, I guarantee you the only thing you have any control over is how you choose to respond to the world around you, right? A lot of my super, super hippie friends, I call myself a tech hippie because I like to be science based and evidence based
And on the one hand, shifting our perspective, I think, is imperative to our survival and our well being. But is it really going to have this large scale impact? I don't know. If you have any sort of, as you said, science based anything or thoughts or whatever, I would love to hear

But the beauty of tapping into your own present moment, your own embodied sensation of receiving life inside of yourself, is that all of us have access to that all the time. All of us have access to it all the time. Am I saying that's the only thing we need to do? Absolutely freaking not 100%. We need to do more than just look within and be at peace, because that is like a spiritual bypass

So trying to do the research of, for example, if they talk about the earth's magnetic field as a carrier of biologically relevant information that connects all living systems, I don't know what they mean by that. And when I do searches for biologically relevant information in the magnetic field, I can't find anything. And so then using they then put the next point based on that first one. Every person affects the global information field, but they don't elaborate on what they mean by these things
