I don't feel like wearing noise cancer headphones when I go to bed because I don't like, and I don't like. I try to not have anything on my head. Like I have a sleep mask though I receive for free. I've worn it a few times but most time I don't like wearing it because I don't anything in my head but sometimes I do wear it
