Breathe Into The Day
Good day. Everybody wanted to pop on here to start this swell with an invitation and an introduction. So this swell is going to be publicly dedicated to helping anyone through the day and to find a moment of spaciousness through breath. Feel free to share your experiences, your stories, a practice that speaks to you or just a comment or an or or or or or or or or or practice. All are welcome here inside of their own body. Find the grounding nature within them at all times
Slowly rising and slowly falling. And I want you to keep your attention on the rise in the fall and begin to realize that everything you need surrounds you at any given moment. Rising. Falling. This entire existence is catered to helping you feel joy. Rising. Falling. If you ever doubt the abundance that circles us, all that encapsulates this experience, all you need to do is turn inward and focus on the rising and the falling. Where there's never a lack, always abundance
That was so peaceful and grounding. So thank you for that. And also looking forward to hearing more meditation practices from people. Just because I think think every person has their own practice that works for them. And so it's always cool, though, to learn about different ways of grounding yourself
Hello, everybody, and good morning. From wherever you're tuning in from in this moment, I want to welcome you. My name is Ty, and today we're gonna do another breath grounding meditation, suitable for any time of the day that you feel you need a little bit extra of an anchor to get you through. Today's practice is going to be box breath or square breathing. And it is consisting of four equal parts. And inhale. Hold, exhale, hold
Thank you, Ty, for this incredible box breathing exercise technique. And I tried it while I'm sitting here at work. It really does work. I calmed down and I am looking forward to more meditations, such as breath work. Definitely something I will always come back to. I so thank you so much. And Jay, thank you for the invite
That is so great to hear. Thank you so, so much for just chiming in and, you know, opening up and being vulnerable and trying the practice. It it definitely feels good to know that there's people out there who are doing them and having seen access in it. So thank you so much. I look forward to offering more, so make sure you follow. And I'll have some more fun ones coming soon

Sometimes, you know, all this stuff, and for some reason, it clicked on this swell for me, the importance of it, but the value of having this incredible tool at your fingertips all the time, and you can sort of pull that out and help yourself to get back on track. So thank you very much for this. And I am Dobbs. I'm looking forward to a lot more of getting into your space and really helping myself to come back together and pull those seams together
