He is covered by an old quilt and a seam in a large shape. The spotlight moves slowly down and encompasses the scene. A wall of smoke comes from across the scene for effect. His sobbing is still heard and the quilt moves with the sound. Suddenly everything is very quiet, eerie. More smoke and the music leads to a beginning and the quilt slowly falls away from the person beneath and Jesus slowly rises to his knees amongst the rags and filth
