Falling and depression! Why do we fear depression? What if i need nore time to cry and move on? I am confident i am with myself.

You. Today I want to ask you who scared us with the word depression? Why do we feel that when we get depressed we will want to stay in the same state forever? If this was so, then happiness or those times when we felt joy should have also stayed the same. But it didn't. It came and it went. So then why are we so scared when we are sad? Why do we feel that sadness would become a habit?

Shouldnt depressiom also be taken just as causally as a child falling? Staying still… crying his heart out and moving on? I will not pull another down

You. There's no constant. And be it happiness or anxiety or depression, everything changes, keeps changing and keeps passing on. So if there is happiness, there will be sadness and vice versa. And if this depression in, it'll go away soon. Thank you so much for sharing this Dubai
