If I had to travel in super emergency situations, then all bets are off. I probably drive. I'll probably drive. Like I said, there's advantages and disadvantages to everything because when I land back at home, I land back at home at like 1030, which means I'm not hitting my car till probably well after eleven by the time we do baggage claims and all that stuff, whereas with carry ons, once we get off the plane, we're good to go. It was to watch my brother in a shooting competition. He does horseback riding and shooting balloons and so does his wife. They're really, really good, but that's beside the point. Hey, so this is a great question. It really depends on where I'm going, how far I'm flying, and how much money I'm trying to save. If I'm going to fly a short distance and I'm only packing a small suitcase, I'll use that as a carry on. And of course, you get your purse and all that automatically as a carry on. So I'll do that to save some money

I've seen a lady have a bag that was too big and one they told her what she had to pay was, I think, double what you normally would pay because you're inconvenienced in everybody. So I'm glad you didn't do that. If your friends did it and were successful, God bless them, but I don't know if it's not a carry on size anyway, you're going to be charged a lot

See, this just points out another situation where you almost are oblivious to other people's tribulations. Because for me, and I think it's a very male thing, I always take a carry on. Never even have contemplated unless I had to check a bag because of the amount of things that I was taking. I'm also an excellent, like, packer. I can pack crazy amount of clothes into my carry on, and I tend to use the personal bag and instrument bag, which I will
