It's about the hanging apparatus, the creature, and the other things that are hanging. Anyway, it's right under the security camera. So I suspect that it's supposed to get your attention and get your full face on the camera. And it's sort of like a way to make sure that they don't get the side of you, but they get the front facing you, so that if you go in the store and you want to rob them, they got your full face
