Do we all have the same 24 hours? Nah, we DO NOT!

Like who has the same relationship, who has the same parenting structure, who has the same diet and exercise plan, who has the same faith. We don't have anything else to say. But suddenly we all have the same 24 hours on our side. Nah, we don't. Another reason, or the main reason why I don't agree that we have the same 24 hours is because of the fact that we're different. We all have different things that we're dealing with, facing

And both of my kids were under five. You know, I couldn't even carry my daughter. I did have a car then. Well, I have a car now, but I can't drive. But even then, I had friends that were single and family that was single, and my younger brother was single and, you know, living high on life

I don't. That that 20 year old 21 year old, that that 21 year old Angela does not have the same 24 hours as 46 year old Angela. Not at all. Once the sun goes down, I'm looking for how soon can I get into my nightgown and go to bed? We don't have the same. The amount of sleep that people require

People can have empathy, then people can feel sorry. And I think sometimes we get those too confused. But I'm glad that I could tap in on your topic here. Have a good day

So it's up to you to determine with that set amount of life left, are you going to try to hurry and do all of the things that you've ever wanted to do in your entire life in that short period of time, or are you going to take a deep breath and say, look, I'm going to be more open and be more perceptive of the people around me, the life I've lived, the things I can do for others and live that way?

And that's why I don't like the phrase we all have the same 24 hours, because we don't. But a therapist that I follow on Instagram, he mentioned one time he broke this down to people. He even said, listen, you maybe can't do what I can do. And he broke down his life. I mean, we just see him as a therapist who posts on Instagram, but he has a whole team

Hi, again, MJ. Thank you so much for bringing forth that demonstration about the rope. That was very, very powerful, and it reminds me of a swell I did, I think, last week about just trying to balance the book of my life and where I am and understanding that there's some things I just haven't done and I probably won't do and stop chasing dreams. I just really enjoy these days

Hey, Angela. Hey. I definitely concur with you, girl. I ain't got the same 24 hours as nobody else because, you know, my life is different. Look, a mother with kids and diapers, her whole 24 hours is more like 48 hours. And then people have things that they're doing in their life, and I'm not on your time. That's why people tell me that, and they go, oh, we got the same 24 hours

Hey, lady five. Thanks for chiming in. And that's what I feel it is, too. I think it's other people telling folks what to do with their time, and that's a big no no, you know? And I think I've learned to disregard this phrase because I've learned to give myself grace. I'm a person that, listen, if I'm not careful, I'm a busy, busy bee to the point of being overwhelmed

But everyone has their own level of issues and I think also just even desire, even if. Even if all things are equal, like, not all of us have the desire to be king of the mountaintop and shouldn't be ostracized or, you know, diminish it anyway, because we don't have this kind of yearning to win capitalism, which I see. Like, you know, I'm in a situation like that at work where there are people who are very cutthroat when it comes to bonuses

I make a decent amount of money. I'm able to survive and thrive. Vacation and all that stuff. And I'm like, how much more do you want? It's like, the greed is getting to me. Like, you want to be that? You know, I wrote a book, so I'm like, man, I have this dream of, like, the book being turned into a Netflix series and Netflix sending me a check for, like, 2 million

But he had a chronic illness that made me start really thinking about chronic illness. Besides, someone who I loved used to have lupus. And I was there in the early stages of her lupus, and it was hard. Also, I dated someone whose mom had multiple sclerosis, loved her dearly, and her mom was so cool. My mom passed away, but, like, her life was completely different
