How to do a body check in
So for me, I have many different ways of noticing when I acknowledge it, which we all don't remember to acknowledge it and to accept it. So when you have like a panic attack or anxiety comes up, do you feel it in your chest? Does it feel heavy? Does it feel expanded? Is it feeling like you cannot breathe? For that, there is literally breathe in for the count of four, hold for the count of four and slowly release it to the count of eight
