MEDICATE VS MEDITATE

Pick up an activity that you like, involve yourself in it. That's what exercise is all about. So I don't want to end it here. I'm looking forward for your replies. What do you prefer, medicaid or meditate? Both are equally important. But what's your perspective towards it? With that being said, and I'm done with the podcast because I just have five minutes here a lot to speak, but would like to hear from you. Thank you

What would you prefer? #meditation #meditate #mentalwellness #peace #happiness #lawofattraction #spirituality #spiritual #mentalhealth #mindset

What I want to know is that thing which you said that you are able to clear your head and 334 o'clock you're able to wake up. Teach me how. How are you able to do that? Because for me, even if I'm waking up, the collapse starts to happen. Even before I wake up, as soon as I will shut my eye, some negative thoughts tend to come into my head. And then I'm like, oh s***

Hey God, thank you very much for listening to my podcast. I'm so glad I was able to add a little value to your time. And I truly appreciate the time you've taken to listen to me and get some insights from my personal perspective. And I would also quote from the bottom of my heart, gandhari bappa moya mahadev. I'm glad that you are also a Papa fan and I hope and pray that all the good things in life come your way

Because ever since I've done Vipashna I had a different perspective towards everything that happens in and around me. I've started understanding a deep meaning that life has. I've started understanding my purpose. I've started living the life as it comes. And Vipassana also helped me to focus more on the present rather than riding on the past. That is vast. But yeah, at times you've got to just jump off the past
